Cannot link social media URL to Tabs

Hi There,
I’m very new to wordpress and trying to set up a business page here:

At the very bottom if you scroll down, you’ll see on the right it says connect with us, I’m trying to add my URL’s to the social media icons but cannot seem to find directions how to do it.
At the moment the process I’m following once I’ve clicked on the page I’ve linked above, I scroll down and find a customize button on the right hand below. I then go to the widgets section, then to the third footer section, this is what I get:

Connect with us!Facebook username:
https://www.facebook.com/Freight-System-Designs-1884256781819392/?ref=bookmarksTwitter username:
https://twitter.com/FSD_SouthAfrica’As you can see I’ve linked our social media, but when you go to the wordpress website and click on the icon, it gives the following message:
‘Sorry, this page isn’t available
The link you followed may be broken, or the page may have been removed.’
Please assist step by step.

Hey there,
All you need to do is – just enter the usernames and not the whole link.
For Facebook, just enter Freight-System-Designs-1884256781819392
And for Twitter, enter FSD_SouthAfricaIt is as simple as that. Hope that helps.
