cannot link to wrodpress account and CANNOT GET ANY SUPPORT

I am not able to link my domain nc-wild.org to my wordpress account. I try to log into the domain and it sends me back to the sign in page. I log into wordpress and try to find domain and it states it is already linked to a wordpress account. I NEED assistance and I cannot get any support staff to help me. I go to online support and it tells me I dont have a domain (WHCIH IS THE ISSUE). I need HELP.

Hi @countb1rds, it looks like the site is just set up under another account. Do you use more than one email address here with us? If so, can you log out, and log back in with the email address that has a receipt of your purchase? From that one, you’ll have access to the site as well as direct support.

I have already tried logging out and using my work email (and every email that I have access to) and that email is not even recognized. I have try to log into the nc-wild.org page and after I enter the password and the answer to the math problem, it kicks me back to the main login page again.
I have responded to an email that I had received (which it seems is the only way I am able to get support) and I am waiting again – 7 hours now. I have sent screen shots as requested of what I am seeing.
I am not sure why I paid for a business plan with live chat assistance, when that option is not available to me. -

I have sent SEVERAL emails already. Hence my comment “I have responded to an email that I had received.” It is the lack of response when I send them, or the extremely long time to get a response that increases my frustration.
Again there is no customer support that I have been able to find within WordPress, the live chat is not an option even though I have a purchased the Business plan.

Were the emails sent to passwordhelp@wordpress.com and what email address did you send them from?

Yes I did.
I originally sent the request for help from my work email. I was then asked to send screen shots of what I was seeing and to send it from the yahoo.com email since that is linked to my account. So i did that.
As soon as I sent it to the passwordhelp email it also showed up in my work email, so I forwarded that on also – since i have no idea if it was received.
I have just resent the same message again from my yahoo to the email that you provided and again I received it in my work email.

Please share the email address you’re sending these from, so we can track them down and check their status.
If you write the email address here as a normal unmodified email address, the forum will hide it from everyone except staff.

Ok, good news, both emails have been received.
However, our email systems sorts everything by latest reply, so each time you reply again to your ticket, it’s being bumped to the back of the queue, so please wait for them to reply.

I have some more good news, but I’m sorry for security reasons, I can’t be more specific. One of those email addresses is very close to the email address on the correct account. Do you perhaps also have a Gmail address?
If so:
1. Log out of WordPress.com at https://wordpress.com/me
2. Log back in under the Gmail address.
