Cannot link uploaded files to web page

  I am unable to add two internal links from my media library to a page on my website — the first time this ever has happened.

  On March 6, I uploaded these two PDF files to my media library:

  Click to access musica-de-la-perspectiva-informational-note&

  and

  Click to access musica-de-la-perspectiva-nota-informativa-1.pdf

  I attempted to link these files to my page: https://joaquinsaura.wordpress.com/libros-2/la-musica-de-la-perspectiva/

  But when I click on them I get an ERROR 404 message. Please help me get these links to work.

  Now I cannot even add a link. My toolbar has completely disappeared.
