Cannot link wordpress to our domain, updating DNS not an option

    We have registerer the domain gunnesbo4h.se via one.com. I have made the necessary changes at one.com admin panel for showing the wordpress website gunnesbo4h.wordpress.com under the domain gunnesbo4h.se. I have also mapped the existing domain via WordPress. However, when I type in the adress http://www.gunnesbo4h.se or gunnesbo4h.wordpress.com only a blank web page comes up. The next step for correcting the error according to WordPress is updating the domain name servers via one.com. This is not an option for us since we will lose all other services we have via one.com if we do this. Any suggestions on how this can be solved?

    Well you need to change the name servers, there is another bit convoluted way of doing things with I think A records – I think that needs staff help and works but is not the recommended method

    What other services are you having at one.com? If it is email see below for some options, you probably want “Other” at the bottom

    I will also flag this for the staff – they might have some experience or something with one.com

    It looks like you have canceled the Domain Mapping upgrade that would allow you to do this. Did you mean to do that?
