Cannot load domain-mapping
-
I’m trying to purchase the domain registration and mapping and get this message, “Cannot load domain-mapping”.
Is the service temporarily turned off?

Since we are all volunteers in the forums for the most part, there is no way for us to know if it is down. I’ll modlook this thread, but you might also want to contact support directly at http://support.wordpress.com/contact/ .

Look in the Tags column: Modlook is a signal to staff that this thread needs intervention. But the fastest way to get their attention is, as tsp says, to use the contact support button.

It’s not turned off but we don’t have other reports as far as I know.
Send a support with your browser and which one of your 5 blogs it is. -
I got it to work – kinda. There are two ways to choose this option. The first is to select the “Domains” option in the Upgrades window itself. This is the third option on the right along the horizontal list of links.
The second way is to select “Domains” on the toolbar on the far left hand side of the Dashboard page.
The second way worked (i.e. I was sent to the next window asking me for a domain name) but as of this morning, the first method still did not work.
BTW, I have five blogs and I could not get the Domain option at the top of the Uprades window to work on any of them.
