Cannot load header image

Hi, I’m new to this. I just saved a new header image, but it keeps displaying the template image even though I’ve saved it. How do I fix this please?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
On your ‘Blog’ page, I see a header image of a dog’s nose :)
Is that the correct image I should be seeing?
There are also a couple of articles that provide a little more information on setting up the Harmonic theme that you are using, in case you haven’t had the chance to go over those yet:

It should be an image of the entire dog, not just its nose. :) Why can’t I see that. Thank you for the tip and the links, I’ll check it out ASAP.

Sounds good, @dogsendblog.
You should be able to find the recommended size for that header image.
It will look something like 1500px X 600px.
Sometimes that info is also available in the customizer when editing the theme’s Header.
