Cannot locate account

  Hello,
  I have two WordPress accounts. One has not been confirmed or activated. It is this one that I’m sending this message from, ‘theunsinkableholly’.
  My other account ‘sanchezingsandiego’ is the account I need access to. I paid to register the domain name through wordpress on 1/10/2020. I have tried logging in to wordpress to find this account and it is nowhere to be found.
  Please advise as to what I need to do.

  Can you clarify that? The username sanchezingsandiego does exist, and has been confirmed. Are you getting an error saying the account doesn’t exist?
