  My domain has expired and we are unable to locate it within WordPress to renew it. Registrar is Automattic

  Correct account: Yes

  Is this in regard to entranceroadvet.com? If so, that domain is connected to a different account than the one you are reaching out from. You’ll need to log into that account to initiate the upgrade renewal. Do you have access to that account?
