  please help. I cannot find my blog when I type in Honeyhillsbliss.com. that is what I paid for and now I cannot locate it.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You have a free WordPress.com website, http://honeyhillsbliss.wordpress.com/. You can log into your Dashboard to access that blog at any time.

  I see that you purchased honeyhillsbliss.com on 3/19/2014, but you also canceled your echeck on the same day. So, you do not have an active Custom Domain registered with us.

  Hi there, I purchased honeyhillsbliss.com, then was not able to access it. Then could not get any help with that. So when I realized I only had 2 days to get a refund, I felt I had no choice. But the $26 has been deducted from my bank account. I was told at my bank there was no way to cancel it because it was already in process.

  I really would like to have a blog, but also would really appreciate some help with this. Thank you, Cheryl

  Hey Cheryl, I’m happy to help you with this :)

  I want to clear up a bit of confusion first:

  Honeyhillsbliss.com is a Domain Name. It’s different from a blog. Your free blog is honeyhillsbliss.wordpress.com. You will manage your blog from your WordPress.com dashboard, but when visitors come to your site, they will see honeyhillsbliss.com in their address bar.

  As I said, you access, manage, and add to your blog at anytime at honeyhillsbliss.wordpress.com/wp-admin/.

  If you’re still interested in using honeyhillsbliss.com, you will have to sign into your WordPress.com account and open the Dashboard of your blog, in order to purchase your Domain Name again. Just click on Store → Add a Domain, as you did the first time.

  When you do set up a domain name and domain mapping, it can take up to 72-hours for you to see that working online. So don’t panic. It’ll all work out if you give it a bit of time.

  If you have issues like this in the future, I recommend that you don’t cancel your account because it puts you in danger of losing the domain name, honeyhillsbliss.com, forever. Instead, let us know. We can always help or issue a refund if need be.
