cannot locate my site

    Hello – I recently setup my website, but it is no longer listed on my account and it shows as linked to another wordpress account. I also have been charged my monthly fee, but did not receive a receipt, and my account shows that I do not have an active premium plan. Accordingly, I cannot email customer support directly. Any ideas what might have happened?

    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: No

    You are simply logged in to the wrong account. You created the account jasonb339824e16 only a few hours ago so that account can never own a site you created a few days ago. Log out from jasonb339824e16 and log in again to the account owning that site.

    thanks so much for your fast reply. I must have messed something up then because no other email address I have has a WordPress account registered to it, and I can’t find a confirmation email of my registration, etc. The only account recovery information I have is the charge to my card with the transaction number. Is there a way that I can get in touch with customer service to get their assistance?
