Provided you are logged in as Admin under the username account that registered the blog you ought to find > Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades and find any purchased you make recorded here > Dashboard >Store > Billing HistoryI’ve tagged this thread for Staff attention.

Rather, the upgrade gives you additional functionality. For example, you can now upload videos and music files in addition to images, and you can also customize your colors, fonts, and CSS in Appearance->Customize here:
