  I volenteer for my church on our website. I changed a value in the admin feature and now cannot access the site on wordpress

  Since what you described wouldn’t be possible on WordPress.com, I guess you’re talking about a WordPress site hosted elsewhere, we are not able to help with those.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.   I was using the admin dashboard and wanted my site to accurately come up in an address bar so I edited the site address using the admin dashboard on WordPress. Then when I tried to log into the dashboard the next day I was locked out.

  Please contact your hosting provider directly for help with this, as they control how your domain is connected to your site on their servers.
