Cannot log back in, cannot get an email activation code set up. Please CALL!

    I logged in a few weeks ago, now, no sign in or passwords work. I can’t get an activation code sent, apparently my former email is linked to this account that I no longer use. My former email was (email visible only to moderators and staff), it is now (email visible only to moderators and staff)!! The emails I’m receiving from you are addressed to (email visible only to moderators and staff). Can you please help. If I can’t gain access to my site, I will need to take my business elsewhere.

    To clear up any further confusion, there is WordPress.com and WordPress.org, and they are two different entities.

    We, WordPress.com, are a cloud-based platform where we manage WordPress sites, whereas WordPress.org is stand-alone software that you can download and self-host with any other hosting.
