Cannot Log in

I recieved two emails that indicated a lost or changed password for my account. When I attempt to log in it says invalid username. When I select forgot password and enter my email address, it says no user is associated with the email address. Not sure what’s going on. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Where are you trying to log into that blog?
Since it is self-hosted, you have to log in to that blog at at http://www.johnairo.net/wp-login.php
