Cannot log in..

  I type in: http://www.lanceclarkewriter.co.uk/wp-admin to administer my web site and am directed to general web pages rather than directly to my site.
  I tried to log in one time and WP said I have no account (?)
  to top it all my password is not being accepted and my email: (email visible only to moderators and staff) is not recognised (only just got into the site this morning!)
  Can you help before I go crackers….
