cannot log in

  i cannot log in with my old password and it wont send me the reset email, keeps saying its sent but never shows up. checked the junk folder and waited and retried many times.

  Instead your host uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com.
