Hi there, any accounts with us will likely be different from accounts you set up with your own copy of the WordPress code. Are you using rte52.com/wp-admin to log in?
If that isn’t working, your host may be able to help you make backups and use one of these recovery options:

This is for our website viccimoto.com It is hosted by netsol. Out of nowhere I cannot login and when I ask for an email to be sent to reset it I never get the email.
Is there a way to change this in myphp?

Instead your host (Google Domains Web Hosting) uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com.
