Cannot log in

  Hi,

  We paid £100.80 to transfer domain name on 29/04.
  Payment has been taken but after logging in, it states we do not have any purchases or any domains.

  Please can you investigate?

  Hi there! i cannot login into my wordpress dashboard. it keeps saying www is hidden and jetpack is a mystery to me. neither let me see my dashboard or make any changes. my website also says Twiggle rather than Twiggles and i don’t know how to change this
