cannot log in.

  I asked a friend to help me with content of our blog page. That is, she also logged in with the same account i am using to do some editing of the blog page. Right after that I cannot log in again. The friend cannot also log in using that account as she tries.
  as I try to log in, the page does not open. I cannot also access the dashboard and anything of the page.
  Please I would be glad for your help.Thank you.
