Cannot Log In

    I have an account with WordPress that was established and has a templated entered and a website started http://www.1800chimney.com I know my username and password but can no longer sign in online. The app on my iPad remains logged in and actively updates. I cannot possibly complete a new wesite via iPad and when I requested the password be reset they had no record of the email address associated with the account. I am very confused and there is no way to contact support. I was going to add a paid service to get support offered but cannot log in to add it to the account. Very frustrated.
