Cannot log in

I feel like a bit of an idiot, but I’m going to ask this anyway. So I am logged in, but I when I click on ‘Customize’ next to ‘Themes’, it asks for my login information. Which I then type in. I tried to go in and change my password in my account, and that didn’t work. And then I clicked the ‘forgot my password’ button on the login page, but it didn’t send it to any of my email addresses… Kind of at a loss for what to do, can anyone help?
