cannot log in

    I can log into my wordpress site without issue but when I hit customize under personalize it takes me to a log in page where my email and password do not work

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi cyprusgirl1269,

    adriennesadventures.com is connected to your WordPress.com account with the Jetpack plugin, which means you have two sets of login details:

    1. Your account on WordPress.com
    2. Your user account on adriennesadventures.com

    Please try logging in with the username/email address and password for the account you have on adriennesadventures.com, rather than WordPress.com.

    Your password can be reset from the Lost Password page on the site but if that doesn’t work, I recommend contacting Bluehost for help.
