I am having problems accessing my WordPress dashboard on my website after changing themes earlier this afternoon. Can somebody please help me with this

Can you describe in more detail what happens when you try to access your WordPress dashboard? It would help us paint a picture of the issue. What are you expecting to happen, and what is actually happening instead?

when i type this URL in and log in with my details a blank white screen appears and stays that way

It looks like your website is a WordPress.org website, not a WordPress.com site. I think you’ll find better answers if you go to https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

One thing I can suggest though is maybe try rolling back to your previous theme. Since the problem began when the theme was uploaded, it stands to reason it might be the cause.

i cant roll back to the previous them as i cant even access the dashboard/themes/pages or anything. thanks for the link though.

If you are unable to access or load arcoengineering.ie, please contact your hosting provider (Register365) to see whether they are able to restore a previous backup of the site before you installed the new theme.
