cannot log in

    I took a snapshot of my account and password. I can get into my account however when I hit customize it asks me to log into my account and I put the same information in and it says ‘Error invalid user name’. I cannot make any changes.

    Hi there,

    Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, so we cannot help with this. To access the Customizer on your site you need to log in with the admin username and password for that site, not the username and password for your WordPress.com account. Those credentials are stored in your site’s database on your hosting provider’s servers.

    If you don’t have those credentials or your site won’t let you log in with them, you can see the password reset instructions for your version of WordPress at https://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password
