cannot log in

  To whom it may concern,

  I have a blog ‘https://meienlien.wordpress.com/’ with worldpress under this account/user name ‘(email visible only to moderators and staff)’, it’s a business email I buy with google, but after a few years I decide to cancel the deal and not use this email anymore.

  but when I forgot my password and try to let worldpress resend me the password I notice that I am in trouble, cause I can no longer log into this email address. and I really dont know what to do now…is there any way to help?

  my phone number is [redacted], or if there’s any way I can prove myself I can provide, thank you.

  Hi there, As there is no phone support available on WordPressdotcom, I’ve redacted your phone number in your above post as we are a public forum.

  In order to access that site, you need to log out of this account you are using to post to the forums and then log back in with the username meienlien

  If you do not remember the password and no longer have access to the email address you used to create the account, you’ll need to try and recover your account by filling out the account recovery form at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/ Give as much information as you can, including the old email address as well.

  Once you recover the account, make sure to change the email address to something you’ll always have access to.
