Cannot log in

    A website was set up around 2010 for our market by someone who has since left the market. Now no one can access the site. I have tried on many occasions with what I thought were passwords that were passed on. I have since tried setting up another site, which I would like remove and would prefer to update the old site. Is this possible?

    What is the address of the old site you are unable to log in to?

    If it uses WordPress.org software with another host, your host will be the best people to contact for more information about the next steps — as we can only provide account recovery advice for sites created and hosted on WordPress.com.
