Cannot log in.

  I am able to log in on my partner’s iPad but cannot on my own, using exactly the same user name and password. Can anyone explain why?

  Hi Gaynor, are you still having trouble with this? If so, can you let us know what’s happening when you try to use that login? Let us know what error you’re getting.
