  Hi @johnkitzman12, the username johnkitzmanphotography does not exist and the email address you mentioned is used with the account you’re writing us from. Are you sure the site you’re trying to access is a WordPress.com one and not WordPress.org? If you can give us the URL of the site we could advise.

  To clear up any further confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities.
  We, WordPress.com are a cloud-based platform where we manage WordPress sites, whereas WordPress.org is a stand-alone software that you can download and self-host with any other hosting.
