Cannot log in – email no longer in use

  I have a different account which I last used 2 years ago – ogcsasha.wordpress.com. I have stupidly assigned it to work email which is no longer in use. I now forgot my password and couldn’t log in. How can I log in without an email? I tried looking everywhere for any kind of support but it keeps directing me back to public forums
