Cannot log in, email not recognized. (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  I can’t log into my sites, and my personal site has been borked ever since some automatic update happened. I’m paying $40 a month and can’t even add new Halloween items for sale. I’m very upset and this is costing me money. How can it suddenly forget my account?!?

  You may also be able to log out and log back in with the email address that gets notifications and whatnot. From there, get in touch with support again so we can sort out whatever happened with the updates. We aim to catch and fix those issues for our users.
