Cannot log in or do anything

I am working on this for a client and I cannot login to edit anything. The URL is pointing to a website already made on a different host and I think when I changed it it messed everything up. It won’t let me log in but when my client does she says it works?

This is the site I built for her willowknows.com
I just wanted to build a new theme because she paid for a premium one and wanted to host the site on WP and have the domain on the other site.

I think you may be confusing WordPress.com and WordPress.org. To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities. At WordPress.com, we provide hosting, support, and tons of features for blogs. Users also have the option to purchase a variety of upgrades to customize the look and feel of their blog. WordPress.org is a software for self-hosted sites. With WordPress.org, users are provided access to all backend files and can upload custom themes and plugins.

If you want to build a new theme it would be best to move to WordPress.org because that wouldn’t allowed on WordPress.com. Please contact your hosts if you are having issues logging in and issues with the domain mapping.
