We can’t help as that site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform. As very clearly stated on your site, you must follow the mentioned link Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress to start troubleshooting your site
Also note the account name you use on your self-hosted site, has nothing to do with the accountname over here.

Hi @fbh1949, thank you for reaching out. I am really sorry you’re dealing with this. A “critical error” and having trouble logging in is understandably frustrating, especially when it happens suddenly.
I do want to gently clarify something, as it affects how we can help. Your site spiritualityexplained.com, is a self-hosted WordPress.org site, not a WordPress.com site. Because of that, you cannot get the right help here.
I have checked and confirmed that your website is hosted on DreamHost. Please contact them and inform them that your site is experiencing a “critical error” and login issues. They can see the errors on their end and should be able to resolve them quickly for you.
In the future, if you have any other questions or encounter errors on your website, you can ask on the WordPress.org forums here ==> https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/ or, even better, contact your hosting provider.
Hope this helps. All the best.
Cheers,
Jim
