Cannot log in to my admin

I cannot log in, and when i go through word press’s prompts to get a new password, they are not sending me the email to re-set it. It seems I may have an incorrect username, and perhaps also an incorrect password. Help!

The email is being delivered to the address listed at wordpress.com/me/account/
You’ll need to submit the account recovery form if the password reset is not working.

I am having the same issue. We had a designer create and update our website, but we cannot get in contact with them anymore. The credentials they sent us to access our website are not working and we were not forwarded any of the information you request on the form. It was last accessed about 2 or 3 years ago now. How do I reset the password? I am almost certain the email address is correct, but I am just not getting the email and the site is saying it doesn’t know the user. Help!
