Cannot log-in to my wordpress dashboard after changing the wp-config file. Please help!!

  Hi, I urgently need help.
  This morning I got an error message when I added a new plugin.
  Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 805306368 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 7233978516723885456 bytes) in /home/beauti63/public_html/wp-admin/admin-header.php on line 164
  So I read up about it online and started changing my wp-config file trying to increase the wp-limit. I asked my hosts to restore my website to the way it was two days ago.
  However, it is now impossible for me to login to my wordpress dashboard. Everytime, I try, I get locked out for too many false attempts. I get this message.
  ERROR: This user account has been locked until January 21, 2017 6:37 pm due to too many failed login attempts. You can login again after the Lockout Time above has expired..
  I know for sure I am using the right username and I even reset the password. Nothing works. Did I destroy my website?
  Please help!!!

  Sorry but you are in the wrong place. These forums are only for blogs/sites hosted by WordPress.com

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  And you should ask in the WordPress.org forums.
  http://wordpress.org/support/

  If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums, you’ll need to register one there.
