Cannot log in to my WP admin page

    Hi,

    I cannot access my WP admin page. It says ‘Invalid login details’.

    I did change my password twice but still cannot log in to my page.

    Things I suspect are some plugins that I have installed that can affect the login process or a possibility that I’ve been hacked.

    Can you help, please?

    Apologies, but we can’t help with your issue directly because we don’t host qamind.com on our WordPress.com managed hosting.

    To explain, we are a fully managed hosting provider and use a custom server environment that is optimized for WordPress, provides built-in security and performance improvements, as well as in-house support for your site questions.

    Because of the way we’ve optimized our service, we also use a customized version of WordPress that is different (under the hood) from what you use at your hosting provider. As a result, we do not have access to your site and are not familiar with the source of your issue.

    You should reach out to your host for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you find and fix this problem with your login access
