  Please I need help to log into my old account. I remember my password but cannot log in since the authenticator is not working and I am not receiving any code.

  I’m assuming you don’t have any backup codes either?

  In that case, you will need to fill out the Account Recovery form, providing one of the forms of verification we need. Once we have verified your ownership we can send you single-use codes to get back into your site.
