Cannot log in to premium account

  I cannot log in to my regular, premium account. I have used all my authentication codes (yes, ALL 10 of them) AND I just shut off my phone this week that is listed in my account to receive a recovery code via SMS. WHAT am I to do?? All my websites that I manage are in that account. PLEASE HELP!
