cannot log in to update site

I need to add subject matter to my site but cannot log in. My domain is envirocleanair.com

I’m having a similar issue. I’m logged in but My Sites is not loading for me to edit although the site is accessible if you go directly to the domain address.

@jpattis4, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with another company.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
