Cannot Log In Too Many Redirects

Hello! After clearing my cache and deleting all my cookies to try and solve a different problem, I tried to re-login to my WordPress account only to find that I cannot reach my dashboard because of a 403 Forbidden error that sometimes turns into a ‘too many redirects–clear cookies’ error. I have cleared all the cookies and it has not rectified itself.
