Cannot log into admin for my website

    None of the admin extensions or link for my wordpress admin log in are taking me to admin. I am just directly landing on my front end website. I need access today, how can I get to the log in page to access the back end?

    Hi there,

    If neither https://avalanadesign.co.uk/wp-admin nor https://avalanadesign.co.uk/wp-login.php works, it means you’ve overridden the default locations for those links, either via a security plugin, or directly in your site’s configuration files.

    However, your site isn’t hosted on our servers, so we have no control over or access to it, meaning we can’t help with this from our end.

    Please contact your hosting provider directly for help. They can help you access the configuration file on your server and/or the site database to restore defaults, manually disable plugins, etc.

    For more advice on exactly what you’d need to do, you can ask the WordPress.org community, who makes the software, in their forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
