Cannot log into any of my accounts

    Accounts that I renewed three days ago are still not working. I can see two of my websites as a guest but my main website it shut down completely.

    Hi there,

    What accounts are you speaking of, and do you perhaps mean sites instead?

    On WordPress.com, “account” refers to the username you use to log in, matzenjean in this case, and this account doesn’t own any sites and has never bought any upgrades from us.

    In fact, this is the first time in over two years that you’ve even logged into this specific account.

    So either the sites you’re speaking of are under a different WordPress.com username account, or they’re at a different hosting provider entirely. If you can give us the URLs, we can check that for you and point you to the right place to get help with this.
