cannot log into my account

  Hi my domain name is http://www.annteoh.com and i am certain i used this email (email visible only to moderators and staff) to create this website as I have been receiving website updates through this email for my website. When i try to log in, it does not link to my website. And when i use http://www.annteoh.com/wp-admin/about.php and try to reset password, it gave me this message —- The email could not be sent. Possible reason: your host may have disabled the mail() function. Maybe my website has been compromised..

  It looks like http://www.annteoh.com is a self-hosted WordPress site with Bluehost, which is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
