Cannot log into my account because of Re Captcha

  Dear team,
  can you please help me with my Issue.
  I cannot log into my account right now because I cannot solve the Google Recaptcha.
  I do know my Account and my password. But I cannot solve the Google Recaptcha.
  in addition to explain the problem: If I want to login in, WordPress is telling me to solve two Re captcha.
  Even if I solve both, I will get a massage saying: wrong recaptcha.
  Many thanks.
  Please help me because this is causing a a lot of problems.

  Hi Yannick, WordPress.com (the hosted platform where we are) does not use Google reCaptcha.

  Nameservers:
  DOCKS16.RZONE.DE
  SHADES15.RZONE.DE

  It looks like your site is using name servers that aren’t associated with WPcom. Have you tried contacting your web hosting provider for assistance? If they say this is a WordPress problem, you’ll want to head over to https://wordpress.org/support/ where you’ll find documentation and users who have more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page.
