Cannot log into my admin page
-
It’s detailed at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form
If you don’t have it, then I’m afraid we can’t help any further. We consider account recovery to be a security concern, and we do not make exceptions.
-
Why don’t you explain to users HOW and WHERE to find the information you deem so critical?
-
It’s detailed specifically at the link, here’s the excerpt:
* Transaction ID: A transaction ID is a unique alphanumeric code generated for your payment. If you purchased an upgrade on the blog in question — via PayPal, credit card, or another method — you can retrieve a transaction ID by logging in to your PayPal account or locating a past WordPress.com receipt sent to your email address.
* Activation URL: When you created your WordPress.com account, we sent an activation link to your email address that you were required to click. If the email you received included a confirmation button instead of a link, you can copy the activation URL by right-clicking on the button and selecting “Copy Link Address” (this text may be vary slightly depending on your browser).
If you do not have access to the account’s email address, or you do not have access to one of these, we cannot turn the account over to you.
Again, we consider this a security matter and will accept no exceptions.

Thanks so much! I gave it a day’s rest, restarted my computer then opened a new window. I didn’t clear my cache, so I’ll just assume it was a 48hr bug. I heard there are viruses going around wp sites and I hope my denied access was protection from them!

Howdy –
The only option for account recovery is with the proof of ownership items detailed on the account recovery form. With out those we are unable to grant access to any account.
-
Your Account Recovery demands are absurd.
1. I created my WordPress websites many years ago. Any link you sent me is long gone.
2. I have about ten email accounts. You don’t even tell me WHICH one to use.
3. Insane. I hate WordPress.
