Cannot log into my site!

    My user name is damienc1968. I’ve changed my password for damienc1968 five times. NONE of the passwords have worked. What is going on?
    I wish to edit damiencooney.com.

    Yes. Still having trouble.
    Thank you, staartmees, but resetting the password does not work. AT ALL.

    My password was saved. I knew it, along with the login name. They did not work. So I reset the password. Still didn’t work, and has not since.

    I have no two-step authentication as the site wasn’t set up for it. All I have were the login and the password. They work.

    A reset password, does not work. The login is correct.

    There is another administrator of the site, a friend, who has a separate login and password. Could this be a factor?

    They are an independent user with their own username and factor so that will not affect your account.

    You said that you’ve reset the password a few times and it didn’t work. What exactly was not working? Are you getting the email to change your password? Does the new password not work after you’ve set it up?
