Cannot log into my site – Fatal error

  I suddenly find that I cannot log into my site…I get the following error message:

  Fatal error: Cannot redeclare ten_web_lib_init() (previously declared in /home1/ravellg3/public_html/wp-content/plugins/photo-gallery/wd/start.php:31) in /home1/ravellg3/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wd-instagram-feed/wd/start.php on line 39

  Any ideas on what can be causing this?
