Cannot log into my web site

    Dear WP,
    Please can you help me. 4 days ago I was logged into my website and I was trying to edit it. I have not edited my site for a long time so I was learning again.
    I logged off. Now when I try and look at my site I get an error code of Error 500.
    My passwords don’t seem to work and all they do is take my to this site which I can only guess I opened many years ago when I was building my site: rentmycondojomtien.com
    My site is on Easywp. My page looks the same as wordpress so I assume its the same

    Can you please help me gain access to my site again.

    Hi there:

    To avoid confusion, there are three different “WordPress” at play here:

    1. The free, open-source WordPress software which powers your website.
    2. WordPress.org which is the open-source project that works on the WordPress software and where you can get the software for free to use on your own hosting provider.
    3. WordPress.com which is a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software and with whom you’re contacting now.

    Since your site is not hosted with us, we’re limited in what we can help with and advise. But I can get you pointed in the right direction to get help.

    You should reach out to your host for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you find and fix this problem. If you’re not sure who is your hosting provider, you can use a website like Hosting Checker to look up that information.
