cannot log into my website or update changes made

  hi there – it would be great if someone could call me at [redacted]

  i cannot log into my website http://www.soleilca.ca and before i got logged out, i couldn’t see any of the changes i was trying to make.

  when i try the URL and /wp-admin or /edit or anything, i keep getting error messagses.

  Sounds like you actually need help for a WordPress powered site, not a site hosted at WordPress.com. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are a little separate, and that can be confusing.

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  You’ll want to use the forums at https://wordpress.org/support/ for any support on managing your site. Hope that helps to point you in the right direction!
