Cannot log into windows app

  I downloaded and installed the windows app on a brand new windows 10 laptop. I put in my user name and password, clicked sign in and after several seconds got the following message:

  ! The request to undefined failed (code ECONNRESET), please check your internet connection and try again.

  The blog I am having trouble with is:
  http://www.abrokenbluesky.wordpress.com

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there!

  It’s likely that there is a corrupt file causing the issue. This might be resolved by deleting the WordPress.com directory altogether from your computer and then reinstalling the app.

  The directory can be found at the following path: C:Users[windows username here]AppDataRoamingWordPress.com.

  Please note that the AppData folder is hidden in most versions of Windows by default. If you need to unhide the folder, this page has some good instructions:

  After you have navigated to that path, delete the WordPress.com directory, and then reinstall the app. Let me know how you get on with that or if any extra questions come up.
