cannot log into wordpress

i am unable to log into
http://mlchildcare.com.au/wp-login.phpthough forget password works fine but still I cannot log in using same credentials.

Hi there @upasana81 – mlchildcare.com.au isn’t hosted here on WordPressdotcom and looks to be using the open source WordPress software. For help resetting your WP password, please refer to the WordPress Codex article https://wordpress.org/support/article/resetting-your-password/
In general if you need help with a site using the open source WordPress software, you’ll want to head over to https://wordpress.org/support where they have more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page.
Just to clarify, this support forum assists users of the WordPressdotcom platform. WordPressdotcom (where we are ) and WordPress are separate entities with different documentation and support forums. It seems like your site mlchildcare.com.au is not hosted by WordPress.com but by Cogeco Peer 1. You are using the self-hosted version of WordPress.
These forums are dedicated to WordPress.com hosted sites.
